We exist in the middle of a battle that has already been won. We are lolled to sleep by our enemy’s schemes. One of these schemes is the misconception that Satan is an abstract idea or consequence and he is not actively opposing the over the counter viagra works of Christ. We see the clarification of this misconception in scripture as Jesus actively battles demons in the eleventh chapter of Luke and then declares that ignorance of the battle does not equal neutrality.
